The 200 series ring conductivity (inductive conductivity) sensor is suitable for all processes in food and beverage plants.
z Non-contact (inductive) conductivity sensor: anti-corrosion, anti-blocking;
z can be used for solution concentration measurement: concentration measurement of acid solution, alkali solution and salt solution;
z Multiple installation methods to choose from: immersive, plug-in and flow-through;
z Wide measurement range: The highest can measure 2S / cm (2000mS / cm), and the lowest can detect 50μS / cm.

The 245 sanitary flow sensor is available in 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2 inch flow tube diameter options. The sensor is easy to install and is clamped into the process line via a TriClamp flange. Since the sensor has a built-in contact ring, it is not necessary to install a ground ring during installation. The 245 sensor also has a built-in temperature sensor. 245 sanitary flow sensors are mainly used in the pharmaceutical, biological engineering, food and beverage industries.

225 sanitary flange sensors are also products specifically designed for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries. In the production of these industries, the process equipment is usually cleaned with 2% caustic solution (100 ° C) on a regular basis, so the corresponding sensors are required to be able to withstand high temperatures. The sensor is mounted as a 2-inch Tri-Clamp clamp flange. There are two choices for the material of the sensor: PEEK (polyetheretherketone) filled with glass and PEEK without filled with other materials. Among them, PEEK without filled with other materials meets the 3A sanitary standard and is suitable for food production equipment.

The ring sensor works well in highly conductive liquids, up to 2 S / cm (2,000,000 uS / cm). These sensors work in dirty and corrosive applications, otherwise metal electrode sensors will fail.
